"He that loves discipline loves knowledge, and he that hates reproof is a fool..." Proverbs 12:1. The fool, that dude that hates reproof. That dude that just keeps on what he wants, has no standards or more precisely has his principles set on no standards just his feelings and his head.
"The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but a wise man listens to advice." Prov 12:15. His ways are all right in his eyes, he's never wrong. He never reasons out corrections, because they're all attacks.
Proverbs 26:2-3 "As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come. A whip for the horse, a bridle for the ass, and a rod for the fool's back."
That's what's perfect for him, a rod for his back. Kids are folly cause they're naive. But when you see an adult folly, that one is headed down the low life into destruction. He should be canned to revert his direction.
That's a fool, he's wisdom highly esteemed by his negligence and we keep our mouth shut because it won't be worth it. The fool will stick to his folly because it's his personality and he wants it's unbroken.
Proverbs 9:13 "A foolish woman is clamorous: she is simple, and knoweth nothing." Yes of course, she's blank brained but loud loves public expressions but is brain dead.
Ecclesiastes 10:1 "Dead flies cause the ointment of the apothecary to send forth a stinking savour: so doth a little folly him that is in reputation for wisdom and honour. A wise man's heart is at his right hand; but a fool's heart at his left. Yea also, when he that is a fool walketh by the way, his wisdom faileth him, and he saith to every one that he is a fool."
The foolish has his brains in his legs, he thinks upside down, he stains wisdom. He announces he's foolishness unknowingly and the day he realizes he makes and acts out foolish decisions.
Proverbs 14:16 "A wise man feareth, and departeth from evil: but the fool rageth, and is confident. He that is soon angry dealeth foolishly: and a man of wicked devices is hated. The simple inherit folly: but the prudent are crowned with knowledge."
The fool is easily angered, and when the anger is rekindled he wants to display utmost foolishness, he rages and is confident. The simple who just follow the norm easily inherit foolishness because they copy fool's but the prudent (shrewd) is crowned with knowledge, he identifies foolish things and leave them for the simple to copy.
Proverbs 26:4-11:
Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest thou also be like unto him. Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he be wise in his own conceit. He that sendeth a message by the hand of a fool cutteth off the feet, and drinketh damage. The legs of the lame are not equal: so is a parable in the mouth of fools. As he that bindeth a stone in a sling, so is he that giveth honour to a fool. As a thorn goeth up into the hand of a drunkard, so is a parable in the mouth of fools. The great God that formed all things both rewardeth the fool, and rewardeth transgressors. As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly.
